At the 2025 Arusha Emergency Medicine Conference, the Foundation for International Cardiac and Community Services (FICCS) delivered a powerful suite of emergency response trainings,focusing on Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
The conference brought together a diverse group of healthcare professionals from across the region, all united by a shared goal: to improve outcomes in life-threatening emergencies through structured, hands-on education. FICCS led this charge with practical, scenario-based sessions rooted in the realities of African healthcare systems.

Participants who completed the courses earned internationally recognized certifications in BLS, PALS, and ACLS, empowering them to return to their communities with the tools, confidence, and credentials to lead emergency responses.
